We break it down into three phases
We teach you
We’ll work with you to identify a group of internal stakeholders and influencers who will be champions for your organization’s innovation program. Our world-class instructors will teach them to become more confident and capable problem solvers and train them to be the first group of Certified Practitioners.
We teach together
Then, we’ll identify individuals who want to go deeper and become instructors. These folks will become highly skilled co-instructors who will teach the rest of your teams alongside LUMA professionals. Together, they will lead dynamic and engaging workshops with more people across the organization.
You teach yourselves
This is our favorite part. Ultimately, a fully prepared team of internal instructors will take over the program and teach human-centered design to the rest of the organization. We love watching our partners become totally self-sufficient – the magic happens when your teams are truly empowered to work independently.
