Jon serves as LUMA’s User Experience Design Director. Previously, he was a UX leader and LUMA instructor while working at Arity. He developed his design chops while working at Cars.com as a visual designer and interaction designer. He has a master’s degree in human-computer interaction from DePaul University and lives in Chicago with his beautiful wife and daughter.
One of the main tenets of human-centered design is collaboration. Co-design deepens our empathy for others, increases our understanding of the challenges people face, and enables stakeholders to create solutions that truly meet their needs.
