1. What are your payment methods?
   We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We can also invoice you if you prefer.

3. What is the cancellation policy?
   We do not offer refunds. However, as a courtesy, we may accommodate requests to transfer your registration to a future workshop scheduled within six months of the date of cancellation. It is also possible to send someone else in your place should you be unavailable to attend. Also, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any public workshop up to fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of that workshop. In such a case, registrants will be promptly notified and will receive a full refund or be given the option to attend a future public workshop. We are not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred as a result of a cancellation.
4. What if I can’t attend, but I want to send someone else in my place?
   We can make substitutions at any time. Just call us and we will take care of everything!
5. Will I receive course materials?
   Yes, you will receive a copy of “Innovating for People: Handbook of Human-Centered Design Methods”, as well as its companion deck of Planning Cards—both valuable references for use back at the office or to share with your colleagues.
6. I need special accommodations. What should I do?
   Upon registration, each attendee will be sent information concerning logistics and accommodations. If you have additional requirements, please call us and we’ll be happy to help.
7. What about meals?
   Breakfast and lunch are included in your workshop registration fee.
8. Where do I park?
   If you’re driving, you can park in the Gateway Center Garage on the ground floor of our building. For GPS purposes, the address of the garage is 400 Liberty Avenue. The cost of parking in this garage is approximately $20/day.
9. Are all your workshops in Pittsburgh?
   No, we’ve also delivered Public Workshops in London, San Francisco, Seattle, and Virginia Beach to date. If you have a venue and an audience for a LUMA course in your city, e-mail info@luma-institute.com.
